We are a friendly group of nature enthusiasts and for anyone with an interest in evolution and biology. We have a number of meetings during spring and autumn, and an occasional field trip. Our main topics are the fauna and flora of Cyprus, but we are open to any natural history subject, and welcome guest speakers.
For our talks, we meet for refreshments from 10.30, and have the talk from 11.00 - 12.00. Afterwards we generally go somewhere nearby for a group lunch.
Dave and Ros have been studying and photographing the wildlife of Cyprus for almost 20 years, and produced a couple of books: "The Amphibians and Reptiles of Cyprus" and "Wildlife of Cyprus", the latter with 44 authors and over 1100 photos from 100 photographers.
